Your mission is to build a next-level financial platform which offers a wide range of options to improve our customers' lives. We need your help in ensuring our tech know-how is leading edge, and our execution flawless.

• You bring a deep knowledge of design, analysis, development, testing, integration, architecture, and more, to help your team raise its game, while exceeding industry standards in terms of quality and security;
• On a day to day basis you, with your teammates, will build our financial platform, and shape the strategy for the whole department.

The Team
Knab's IT team consists of about 500 passionate people. Together we build and run the bank and all associated products. The success of Knab has made us decide to develop solutions more and more ourselves, phasing-out bought IT-solutions, in order to accelerate and disrupt banking. Responsibility
As an Appian developer, you will be part of our team in setting up the Appian environment. You are a natural problem solver and an excellent team player, dedicated in supporting Agile teams in getting the right results every time.

You know how to motivate and convince teams to deliver solutions which follows Appian's best practices for designing applications including being scalable, maintainable, and efficient.

You are keen on sharing knowledge by defining guidelines and best practices and able to build and maintain Appian tools (like CI/CD, automated user provisioning etc.)  so other teams can quickly be up-to-speed and adopt Appian in an easy way.

 Your profile

• Appian development/design experince;
• Thorough understanding of building process applications in the Appian environment, including design of the application, data types, process models, forms, reports, records, and news feeds;
• Experience of 3-5 years in business process management;
• Knowledge/skill or the ability to quickly obtain expertise in a range of the most up-to-date Cloud technologies;
• Able to work from the Knab office in Amsterdam;
• Strong consultancy skills at different levels.
• You are Appian certified designer and have at least 12 months of project leadership experience consisting of the following duties:
  • Leading architecture & design meetings;
  • Meetings with Architects and understand enterprise and solution architecture (patterns);
  • Interfacing with stakeholders about user stories;
  • Leading refinement sessions and sprint demos;
  • Setting the overall design direction;
  • Enforcing reviews and best practices.
