Digital Channel Specialist (Frontend developer)

In a nutshell
As a Digital Channel Specialist in Frontend you are a true expert and the go to person for advice on your area of expertise. You will focus on the public website and develop new features that will help our visitors in their journey.

Furthermore;

• You will give advice to the value streams to work efficiently with the public website;
• You will support the digital marketers in the value streams with the execution and implementation of new components;
• You will migrate a monolithic CMS solution to a Headless one;
• You will develop and maintain React components library with storybook;
• You will collaborate with product and design teams to accomplish shared goals;
• You can keep balance between business and code quality;
• You like to work in a dynamic environment.

The Team
As Digital Channel Specialist you directly report to the Lead Digital Channels. As a member of the Digital Channel Expert Center you focus on defining guidelines across our value streams to maximize efficiency and you support the value streams in achieving the maximum value for our customers.

You will collaborate with the other digital channel specialist to bring paid and organic advertising closer together.

Your Profile
You are the expert on Frontend development and will help the value streams to deliver value to the customers. You possess the following;

• 3-5 years of experience with frontend web-applications
• Great knowledge of Javascript and/or Typescript
• Significant experience in working with React
• Experience with unit tests in a React environment using Jest
• Knowledge of NodeJS and NextJS is a big plus
• Experience working with CMS systems is a pre
• Experience and affinity with marketing driven websites
• Work conform the SOLID principles
