For an online bank it is our focus to design interesting digital campaigns to generate new customers, maintain our current customers and adding value to our current customers by (cross)selling products that fit their needs. We are looking for a digital marketeer with experience in customer base management, with focus on content and e-mail. As a digital bank, we communicate with our customers via digital channels like e-mail and in-app messages. As a digital marketer you are responsible to initiate and create e-mail and in-app campaigns (including building specific landing pages) for our customers about our banking products. You will monitor and analyze campaigns and set up a/b tests to achieve the best result. Besides that, you create the content needed for these campaigns. Constantly adapting and optimizing results is something that you get a lot of energy from.

You will be working in the commercial team within the Value stream Daily Use. A young, fresh, and result-driven team that consists of six colleagues. Four Digital Marketers, one Customer Journey expert and one Commercial product owner. You will be the 7th colleague joining this team. Together, you are working day in day out to reach the targets on inflow, cross-sell, churn and NPS. Your role will focus on adding more value to our current customers, by cross-selling products that match the need of our customers.
