As an online bank, one of our main aims is to design interesting digital campaigns to generate new clients. And in order to do so we are now hiring a digital marketer. Are you an enthusiastic digital marketer with experience in online advertising? Then we have an interesting job for you!

In a nutshell
As a digital marketer you will have an important role within your team. You will be responsible for initiating and creating a strategy for our digital campaigns. These campaigns are focused on Financial Freedom products (e.g. investing) - for new and existing clients – that maximize customer satisfaction. In this position you will have plenty of freedom. For example, you are responsible for your own budget! Your goal is to create and distribute valuable, relevant and consistent online advertising campaigns. With your team you will expand Knab's digital proposition.

To be more specific:

• As an all-round T-shaped marketer you have a focus on one or more of these areas of expertise within the team. You are the online marketing specialist of our team, we expect you to share your knowledge with you team to help your teammates grow!;
• With your own budget you are responsible for initiating (paid and unpaid) campaigns, creating strategies and build on our propositions;
• In this role it's important to build a good relationship with your stakeholders;
• As you already know, customer satisfaction is very important for Knab. Putting customers first should come naturally to you.

Team
You will become part of our fun and ambitious 'Sales and Retention' team within our Value Stream 'Financial Freedom'. In this team you will work together with other digital marketers, data scientists and software engineers. You will report to our commercial product owner.

Your Profile
We expect you to thrive in this position when:

• You have 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing;
• Your Dutch is fluent and your English is good;
• Have experience and knowledge of; Search Advertising, Display Advertising, Social Advertising, SEO and Direct Messaging;
• Are a capable digital marketeer with online advertising skills, but you are also more broadly deployable within the team;
• Have the right 'let's do this' energy with a sense of humor.
