For an online bank it's our focus to design interesting digital campaigns to generate new clients and maintain our current customers, to do so we are now hiring a digital marketer. In a nutshell
This role is new within Knab and will be an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion to create new digital content and digital omni-channel campaigns. You are responsible to initiate and create a strategy for our digital campaigns. These campaigns are focused on lending products for existing clients. In this position you will get much freedom to fulfill this role, for example: you are responsible for the set-up of all new customer communications for lending propositions!

To be more specific:

• You design and oversee different aspects of digital marketing, your first responsibility is to set up and manage content and omni-channel (e-mail, in app, etc) campaigns for the lending proposition.
• You make sure we measure impact of these campaigns and continuously optimize our digital marketing performance
• In this role it's important to build a good relationship with your stakeholders.
• As you already know, customers are the most important for Knab. Out of this train of thought you must also think and work.

The Team
The role is new within Knab, where the teams within in the Value Stream still need to be set up. Eventually you will be in the commercial team within this new Value Stream. In the meantime, you will take place in the Sales & Retention team of another Value Stream where you can closely work together with and learn from experienced Digital Marketers.

Your Profile
We expect you to be most successful in this position when:

• You have 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing within a comparable environment as Knab;
• Fluently speak, write and read English and Dutch;
• Have experience with CMS and Campaign systems
• Are a proven base communication- and management specialist (content, digital direct channels), but also more broadly deployable within the team;
• Have the right 'let's do this' energy with a sense of humor.
