Knab keeps on growing, which is the reason we want to add a new Corporate Recruiter to our HR team. As an Interim Tech Recruiter, Kyon has established a solid foundation. It will be your job to take the next steps. In this position the focus will lie within the IT domain. In addition to that, you will deal with the more generalistic profiles together with your colleagues. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from filling vacancies to employment conditions interview. In addition to recruitment, we ask you to actively participate in projects such as internal mobility, employer branding and the further design of our new ATS, Greenhouse.

We are not looking for someone who takes the familiar approach, but someone looks for creative ways to recruit the best candidates, is strong in relation to the candidate and the hiring manager and uses his or hers experience to achieve real results! The Team

You will start in an energetic HR team of seven people, including yourself. The team currently consists of an HR Manager, an HR Business Partner, a Learning & Development employee, an HR Assistant and two Recruiters. You will work closely together with the other recruiters, Caroline and Jeroen.

Your Profile

There is no blueprint for being successful in this role, but we have the following profile in mind:

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter;

• You have a large (international) network in IT;

• You have experience as an online sourcer and are familiar with various sourcing tools;

• Bachelor level and fluent in English.
