In 2022, KNAB aims to also offer a lending proposition to entrepreneurs to fund and fuel their businesses. The challenge at hand is to develop a digital value stream, using modern technology and co-creation with clients. We are building a diverse team of go-getters that blend lending expertise with tech-savviness, a strong affinity for data and obsession for customers. Aiming for a market introduction later this year, we are now seeking for talent to help re-imagine lending. 

In a nutshell

We are actively developing and maintaining several existing (mobile) applications and building new products to service our customers. For this job you will be working on the new SME Lending proposition. Since we choose to buy over build when it comes to areas where can't differentiate, we choose standard (SaaS) Solutions for most of our developing capabilities. One of them is our Accounting platform Mambu being developed at the Core of our activities for the coming years.

Here's a little taste of your challenge…

• You lead the configuration and administration of the Mambu platform, the system we use for our Loan accounting;
• You proactively signal improvements for customers and employees based on Mambu's roadmap;
• You manage dependencies with (future) other departments and Value Streams and ensure the configuration works as a whole;
• You make sure Knab stays within the boundaries of configuration (vs development) in order to stay compliant to the latest Mambu Releases;
• You lead the development of cross-platform integrations from Mambu to AWS and other external integrations based on APIs;
• You act as our SPOC for Mambu for both internal and external stakeholders;
• You stay up to speed on the latest Release notes and updates from the Mambu Community;
• You guide a group of internal and external people that are involved in the developments on the Mambu Solution.

The Team

Knab's Lending team consists of about 10 passionate people and is growing rapidly. Together we build and run the technical solution and all associated products. The success of Knab has made us decide to develop solutions more and more ourselves, phasing-out bought IT-solutions, in order to accelerate and disrupt banking. Your Profile

To be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

• Demonstratable experience with Configuring and Administering  on the Mambu platform;
• Structured thinker and worker;
• Decent understanding of SME loan (and Mortgages) and daily banking products;
• Basic understanding of payment and accounting processes;
• Basic understanding of Cloud and SaaS concepts;
• Basic understanding of integration patterns and API;
• Eager for learning and knowledge sharing.

The following experiences will give you an advantage when you apply:

• Demonstratable experience with Configuring and Administering on the Mambu platform with related products;
• Detailed understanding and ideally working knowledge of Cloud development;
• Detailed understanding of (AWS based) integration patterns and API usage;
• Basic understanding of developing against SaaS solutions.
