System Engineer / Administrator (/MS365) (Security Oriented)

In a nutshell 
As a Modern Workspace/System Engineer at knab you are responsible for optimizing the workspace we offer to our employees!

This means your main focus will be office automation. From Autopilot, Intune, to Exchange Online, Azure, IdentityNow (IAM), Microsoft Defender and all connected tooling, systems and services.

It's possible you are not an expert with everything, we understand. We expect from you to be proactive and that you like to investigate how to find the best solutions. If you have the knowledge, you will come with optimizing ideas and inform your colleagues so that they also get the knowledge. Also, you don't like repetition work it gives you the shivers. You directly want to help and see how this can be done smarter and most important to automate it. You will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations and keeping the business running smoothly. 

  
The Team  
The IT Services team would make you part of a close-knit team of 4 systems engineers. The wider team consists of 1^st & 2^nd line process managers. (incident/problem/change etc.) & Functional application management.  

 
Your Profile 
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge with the following:

• Strong knowledge Microsoft 365 – (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc.)
• Experience with IAM/SailPoint IdentityNow
• Strong knowledge Microsoft Intune
• Strong knowledge Azure AD
• Cloud skills – Azure
• Server related experience – (Microsoft Server 2016/2019)
• Policies and procedures 
• Establish and maintain technical documentation.
• Fluent English and Dutch language skills
• Strong desire to learn new skills and have fun doing it. 
• Experience with working in Projects as well as doing Operational work.

Nice to have:

• Complex scripting experience – PowerShell
• Jamf Pro Patch /Device management
• Virtualization knowledge – Hyper-V
• Microsoft Sentinel
