In a nutshell

As a tech recruiter you are responsible for the entire recruitment process within our tech/IT domain: from sourcing, selling and filling vacancies all within the targeted timelines. We believe that there is no clear path to success because every recruiter is different. However, for this role it is important that you enjoy help building the recruitment department and go above and beyond to achieve your results. Entrepreneurship is one of our awesome values that perfectly fit this role. We have a fairly new recruitment team so there is loads to do! We are looking for an experienced recruiter who likes to uplift our recruitment department as whole without losing focus on the tech recruitment goals: hiring top talent!

To be more specific:

  • Currently we are hiring Backend developers (C# .NET Core), Full-Stack developers, Principals, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, and yes there is more;
  • We've got some amazing hiring managers who can't wait to work with you;
  • To become more data driven is on top of our recruitment agenda so if you love data you will enjoy working in our team;
  • There are plenty of great challenges in the recruitment process where we need your ideas and participation; e.g. internal branding and onboarding;
  • So from your first day you can add your contribution to the team.


The Team

You will become an important part of our People Department team consisting of five energetic and ambitious colleagues. Julian is our recruitment lead. Vanessa finds the best talent for the client service organization and junior roles within Knab. Nancy is our People Lead, who sets the People strategy and makes sure that we all love our job by the end of the day. Romee is our People & Culture Business Partner.


Your Profile

As we mentioned before, there is no blueprint for being successful in this role, but we have the following profile in mind:

  • At least 5+ years experience as a Tech Recruiter;
  • You have a large (international) network in IT/Tech;
  • You have experience as an online sourcer and are familiar with various sourcing tools;
  • Bachelor level and fluent in English;
  • You are result driven and a trusted advisor to the business;
  • Knab is growing! So there is lot of work for you. It's important that you can prioritize your work, can work independent (from home) and are stress resistant;
