In a nutshell

As business transformation consultant, you are responsible for executing change initiatives within the organization. Knab is currently undergoing multiple exciting transitions, while we still need to deliver on promise and stay on par in the market.

This role is highly versatile: you could either be involved in improving our current processes, business development, writing strategies, or analyze data to gather new insights (and act upon them!). You will help teams to perform better by coaching them and helping them with (data-driven) insights. Expect short-term assignments, sometimes multiple at the same time. These assignments can be anywhere in our organization: inside one of our value streams or within the supporting domains.

The Team

The Acceleration Unit has a birds-eye view on the company, and accelerates where needed and possible. This team reports directly to the CEO, which supports the objective, helicopter-view on the organization. The team consists of colleagues who fulfill different roles, all with the aim to bring acceleration to the company. Romy currently works as a project manager, where she is responsible for the KYC program. Effi and Judith are our portfolio managers, and responsible for everything around our workflow systems; from administration to insights on velocity and predictability. Jelmer is Knab's Lead Agile, and responsible for the agile transformation, together with his team that consists of 6 scrum masters. Maartje is the lead of the team, and in this role responsible for the acceleration strategy, and of course for the Acceleration Unit as a team.

Your profile

You recognize yourself in the following profile;

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role (blackbelt, change consultant);
  • Fluent English and Dutch;
  • Love to drive change and optimize processes;
  • Conceptual thinker, and great executor at the same time;
  • Love to work with data and numbers, thorough analytical skills;
  • Ability to switch from birds-eye view to content and detail;
  • Experience in working successfully with stakeholders at every level;
  • Interpersonal- and coaching-skills;
  • Open, entrepreneurial, human and positive are values that you can relate to.
