In a nutshell
As People & Culture Business Partner, you are the primary point of contact for our value streams Daily Use, Wealth Accumulation, IT Foundation and the Finance & Risk department. In this role your day-to-day tasks are divers ranging from implementing strategic personnel planning and facilitating leadership growth to measuring employee engagement, absenteeism and communication HR processes. As our People & Culture Business Partner you will challenge and drive performance across the organization and have the ability to assess talent gaps and suggest actions needed to strengthen our teams. You love to provide more insights by using data and are not afraid to speak up and advise others. It is important that you like to help Knabbers to become better professional. In addition, you want to professionalize the organisation and drive for business impact. You do this by proactively asking questions like ‘'how can we learn from this?'' and ‘'what can we do better next time?''. Balancing these two aspects (helping people and improving organizational design) within HR is something that you are good at.
