In a nutshell
For our People team, we are looking for a new colleague who is strong in gathering, preparing, combining and analyzing HR data into management information and able to turn your insights into tangible actions and advice. You will set up and streamline people-data processes, focusing on all the different people sources and angles to connect the dots and analyze internal people trends and developments.

In addition based on the data, you will advise on which measures are needed to further improve Knab and/or keep it on track with the objectives. At the moment, many reports are based on different sources and still done manually. Professionalizing and integrating the data will be an important part during the first period of your assignment.

 

Furthermore:

  • You are responsible for a complete and reliable monthly people dashboard;
  • You are responsible for creating, sharing and advising on the monthly insights to all relevant business stakeholders (e.g. HR, Finance, Business managers);
  • You make sure that all people related decisions in Knab are based on your data;
  • You will be in close cooperation with the entire people team to make sure we have alignment in all our people actions and interventions.

 

The Team
Luckily, you don't have to do this alone. We have an awesome People team consisting of five energetic and ambitious colleagues. Sofie is our Chief People who sets the People strategy, coaches our management board and makes sure that we all love our job by the end of the day. Romee, Julian & Jill are our Talent Acquisition partners and make sure we hire the best talent out there. Ines is our People & Culture Business Partner. She is responsible for employee engagement, coaching of our employees and learning and development.

 

Your Profile
There is no set route to become a great People Analytics Business Partner at Knab. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind;

  • Strong communication skills and able to connect on multiple levels with stakeholders in the business;
  • Pro-active and positive attitude, and likes to share your knowledge with the team;
  • University degree in the areas of HR, business administration, economics or similar;
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the field of (people) analytics, with both reporting and advising;
  • Excellent language skills in Dutch and English;
  • Preferably experience in an international working environment.
