Knab is a growing company, as well as in the number of customers as for the internal organization. You could say we are in the 'scale-up' phase. This also reflects the HR department. So, lots of building, creating and implementing must be done.

In a nutshell
As senior HR Business Partner, you are the primary point of contact for many of our business lines/value streams. In this role your day-to-day tasks are divers ranging from implementing strategic personnel planning and facilitating leadership growth to improving employee engagement, absenteeism and HR processes. As our Senior HR Business Partner you will challenge and drive performance across the organization and have the ability to assess talent gaps and suggest actions needed to strengthen our teams. You are not afraid to speak up and advise others. It is important that you like to help Knabbers to become better professionals. In addition, you want to professionalize the organization and drive for business impact. Balancing these two aspects (helping people and improving organizational design) within HR is something that you love and are good at.  In this role you will help managers and our organization with:

  • Building strong teams;
  • Performance management;
  • Absenteïsm management;
  • Building a feedback rich culture;
  • Learning and development;
  • Role clarity and responsibilities;
  • Living and breathing our culture.

The Team
Luckily, you don't have to do this alone. We have an awesome team consisting of five energetic and ambitious colleagues. Nancy is our Manager HR who oversees the HR strategy of Knab. Romee is our HR Business Partner and she makes sure that we all love our job by the end of the day. Julian, Raymond and Vanessa are our Talent Acquisition Partners and make sure that we hire the best talent out there. And, besides your role, we will expand the team with an HR Officer and an extra talent Acquisition partner.

Your Profile
Our ideal candidate accelerates in an entrepreneurial environment and is strong in organizational design and stakeholder management.

You recognize yourself in the following profile;

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role;
  • Love to drive change and optimize processes;
  • Proven ability to organize and lead a project to completion;
  • Experience with working in an international environment;
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations processes and relevant employment legislation;
  • Love for people data and analytics;
  • Accustomed to working closely with different stakeholders as a strategic thought partner, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed;
  • Open, entrepreneurial, human and positive are values that you can relate to;
  • Financial services/banking experience would be great (not a must);
  • Capable of speaking Dutch fluently.
