In a nutshell
As senior PMO, you are the right hand of the program manager in our core banking transformation program. A successful transformation is key to keep delivering on our promise and improve the ability to add value for our customers.
In this role you are responsible for supporting the execution of the core banking transformation program by keeping track of progress, preparing steering committees, reporting, facilitating planning events, tracking dependencies & domain plans, issue & risk control and providing ad-hoc support for escalations. While the IT transformation covers a large domain influencing and interacting with various internal and external stakeholders at an operational and tactical level will be a daily part of your job.
You are analytical, sharp and not afraid to get your hands dirty! Real value is delivered by doing, not only by talking. You have a track record of engaging with stakeholders and developing those relationships. Moreover, you have excellent project planning skills and experience in using project management and planning tools. Expect a high impact role where you can take real ownership and get a lot of autonomy.
The Acceleration Unit has a birds-eye view on the company, and accelerates where needed and possible. This team reports directly to the CEO, which supports the objective, helicopter-view on the organization. The team consists of 12 colleagues who fulfill different roles, all with the aim to bring acceleration to the company. Like Jelmer and Patrick, two of our coaches responsible for the way of working and team/stream effectiveness within Knab, but also Michael and Ritesh, two of our business transformation consultants who accelerate on operational excellence and strategic tracks. Romy is the lead of the team, and in this role responsible for the acceleration strategy, and of course for the Acceleration Unit as a team.
