The role in a nutshell

Being a bank, customer identity and access management is a cornerstone of our operation and needs constant attention and improvement. We have a skilled agile team working on this, and they need an experienced team member to help realise their goals.

We promise all the support you need for this challenge: As senior engineer, you are part of the IT Functions & Foundations (ITFF) department that encompasses all disciplines (e.g. networking, cloud services, skilled helpdesk, system engineering) to deliver services to the teams in the various value streams. You will join one of our Scrum teams to understand the code and our way of work with help from your team members along the way.

Tech stack

• Frontend: ReactJs, Typescript;
• Backend: .NET Core C#, relational and nosql databases (SQL, S3, NoSQL), in-memory and distributed caching, event driven architecture, serverless functions;
• Deployment: AzureDevOps, Docker, Terraform, Fargate and AWS including Cloudwatch, monitoring and network principles;
• Testing: unit tests and acceptance tests are covered with xUnit, SpecFlow.

Your Profile

• Relevant background in C# and .NET Core (a minimum of 5 years of experience) and preferably knowledge of Oauth2 or similar;
• Experienced in cloud platforms, preferably AWS, specifically in serverless architecture and infrastructure (Terraform);
• You are used to give suggestions to your peers and the principals, challenge them, ask questions and you are curious to initiate changes you might not know the answer to yet;
• You are flexible and used to own applications and not afraid to make (technical) decisions.
