In a nutshell

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner you are responsible for the entire recruitment process within your domain. From sourcing, selling and filling vacancies all within the targeted timelines. We believe that there is no clear path to success because every recruiter is different. However, for this role it is important that you enjoy help building the recruitment department and go above and beyond to achieve your results. Entrepreneurship is one of our awesome values that perfectly fit this role. We have a fairly new recruitment team so there is loads to do!

In addition to recruitment, you can develop yourself by working on projects like employer branding, internal mobility, candidate experience and inclusion.

We are looking for a recruiter who likes to uplift our recruitment department as whole without losing focus on the recruitment goals: hiring awesome new Knabbers!


The team

You will become part of our small, but ambitious People Department. Where we have two great Talent Acquisition Partners, next to you. Jill and Julian are both experienced recruiters where you can build a great recruitment experience with for all our candidates! Furthermore our team has two HR Business Partners and a Chief People.

 

Your Profile

As we mentioned before, there is no blueprint for being successful in this role, but we have the following profile in mind:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as Recruiter;
  • You understand that sourcing is a crucial part of recruitment and are familiar with various sourcing tools;
  • You are result driven and a trusted advisor to the business;
  • Knab is growing! So there is lot of work for you. It's important that you can prioritize your work, can work independent (from home) and are stress resistant;
  • The following values: open, positive, human and entrepreneurial excite you;
  • Bachelor level and fluent in Dutch and English.
