Operations is a very broad concept at Knab. It includes our colleagues in Finance, Security, Compliance and HR. Operations also includes all scrum masters. These people make sure that everyone and everything at Knab work the way they should, and as efficiently as possible.

We want to provide the best service and the customer comes first. The great thing is that it’s very quick to arrange things here. It’s a little chaotic at times, but I prefer to call it dynamic. My best memory? That we hand-wrote thousands of Christmas cards for all our customers.
