In a nutshell:

As an IT Process Manager at Knab, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of critical IT processes. Your focus will span several domains, including Change Management, Configuration Management, IT Asset Management, Identity and Access Management and Request Management. By implementing industry best practices outlined by ITIL and streamlining processes, you’ll contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.  

Your primary responsibility will be to define, implement, and oversee the suite of processes under your purview with precision and diligence, in alignment with ITIL guidelines. Concurrently, you'll serve as the Change Manager, facilitating the assessment, prioritization, and approval of proposed change and serve as the vital link between Knab's development teams and our managed hosting provider, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of efforts. This pivotal role guarantees the stability and reliability of our IT infrastructure and services, while also ensuring compliance with Knab’s policies and standards.  

Within the IT Service Management team, you'll collaborate closely with two other IT Process Managers, collectively shouldering the responsibility for all IT-related processes. Furthermore, you'll serve as mutual backup, ensuring seamless continuity. 

Furthermore: 

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective IT processes and procedures in alignment with ITIL best practices. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, development, external suppliers and business stakeholders, to coordinate and communicate change activities. 
• Monitor IT process metrics and KPI’s to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery. 
• Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and dependencies associated with proposed changes, proactively mitigating any adverse effects. 
• Offer guidance and support to IT teams and stakeholders regarding IT processes and procedures. 
• Lead and coordinate incident response efforts during critical situations. 

Team: 

The IT Process Manager reports to the IT Service Lead and works closely with our IT First Line, Agile/Scrum teams, and business stakeholders. 

Your profile: 

To be successful in this role, your profile matches the following: 

• Bachelor or Master degree (HBO/WO) + minimum of 2 years’ experience; 
• Experience within the financial- or other regulated sector;
• Certified ITIL Foundation and experience with ITSM and JIRA is a must. 
• Experience with the Agile way of working is a must, certified Agile Foundation is an advantage; 
• You are proactive; you identify upcoming issues within your process (cluster) and take timely action; 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels;
• You are stress-resistant and can cope well with changing circumstances;
• You will participate in on-call shifts duties and act in case of disruptions;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additionally, proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage.
